Looking to make big improvements in your game - Take advantage of our Private and Semi-Private lessons to recieve one-on-one coaching to help your athlete reach their individual goals!

 

Have your lesson catered towards Beach or Indoor Goals

Athletes goals are identified before the lesson to cater specifically to their needs. 

**All Athletes will be sent their Athlete Development Survey Used to identify strengths, weaknesses and goals based on specific skills. It will also cover mental toughness, and physical abilities. Once the survey is submitted a specific action plan will be put into place to help the athlete improve their game and reach their beach or indoor goals.

 

Each Session Includes: 

 

Coach Lead Warm-up with Volleyball/Athlete Specific Physical Training 

The athlete will be provided with a volleyball specific warm-up that will ensure that they are ready to jump into the first drill of their lesson ready to move and ready to learn. The athlete can also add these exercises to their own training regime at home. Warm-ups can also be catered to athletes personal physical training goals.

 

Technical Lesson (Beach or Indoor Skill Focused)

From the information provided prior to the lesson from the athlete, a lesson will be designed that will help develop exactly what the athlete needs with the time to break down each skill and provide effective feedback and reps to help the athlete reach their goals for the session. 

 

This environment allows the coach to focus on exactly what the athlete is doing, offer specific feedback and then the opportunity to instantly use the feedback until the skill is improved. Depending on the skill we are developing, there is also the option for video feedback.

 

Private lessons provide the opportunity to fast track improvement and success and ensure that athletes are developing their skills correctly so that they are able to reach their full potential. They also include sport-psychology and ideas for drills that can be practiced at home. 

 

Recap and Goal Setting and Sport Psychology 

The last 5 minutes of every lesson the athlete will spend time reviewing the primary points of the lesson. During this time they will review what goals to focus on at home and for the upcoming practice. As well as a few sport psychology tips which can also be catered to the athletes needs based on their survey results
