Weather & Air Quality Policy

Beach volleyball is an outdoor sport and practices will run in both sun and rain whenever it is safe to do so.

However, practices may be delayed, paused, or cancelled in the event of unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, severe storms, or poor air quality. The safety of our athletes and coaches will always be our first priority.

 

If a practice is cancelled due to weather or high AQI, Soul Beach Volleyball will offer one make-up session per season, whenever possible. Make-up sessions will be scheduled based on court availability, coach availability, and program timing.

 

Please note that because beach volleyball is an outdoor summer sport, we are not able to guarantee additional make-up dates beyond one weather-related make-up session per season.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Full refunds will require a doctor’s note or a 20% administration fee will apply.
