Beginner and Intermediate
Designed for athletes looking to have fun in the sand while practicing the skills of beach volleyball. Each session involves fun and exciting drills to learn the skills of the game and modified GAME PLAY while developing resilience, focus and teamwork.

This program is designed to take your game to the next level. With an Outstanding Coach to Athlete Ratio and insight from the Canadian National Team Program, these sessions will provide the skill development and game situation training needed to compete in tournaments locally and on the OVA Beach Tour.

DAY CAMP
(AGES 7-11)
Designed for children looking to have a week of fun in the sand while learning the basic skills of beach volleyball. Each day involves drills which build on character, education and developing focus and teamwork. Your child will be surrounded by caring, friendly and patient professional instructors dedicated to helping your child reach their fitness and beach volleyball goals. Every day is concluded with the chance to show off their skills in Game Play! We modify the game and the court size so that each session is engaging and exciting!

INSPIRE ELITE
TRAINING CAMP
(AGES 12-16)
The 'Inspire Elite Camp' is designed to take your game to the next level. With insight from the Canadian National Team Program, these camps will provide Indoor/Beach skill development and game situation training. This program stresses teamwork, sportsmanship and fitness. It will develop the Entire Athlete offering Elite Skill Delveopment, Physcical Training and Sport Psychology that can be used on and off the court!

LEAGUES AND TOURNAMENTS


LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Soul Leadership Program is designed for athletes within the club who are looking to develop their leadership and communication skills. Selected applicants will participate in a two-part leadership course taught by Coach Hinchey and will have the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience during thier practicum with a mentor coach.

SOUL BEACH VOLLEYBALL
The program is designed for athletes new to the sport of beach volleyball as well as experienced players looking to take their game to the next level. Head coach Andrew Hinchey has years of experience working with both beginners and national level athletes.
Each session includes skill development and fitness, followed by organized game play. What makes our club unique is the integration of values and character traits into each session that develop the athlete as a mentally and physically strong individual.
Training in sand offers an outstanding workout. The sand offers an unstable surface that forces the athlete's body to strengthen their stabilizer muscles that are used to help prevent injury, and develop a healthy well-balance athletic body. This makes beach volleyball the perfect cross training activity for all sports including: Hockey, Basketball, Gymnastics, Soccer, etc.
