Each session creates a productive and focused training environment where athletes will receive quality 1 on 1 feedback and athlete specific repetitions to have breakthroughs and improve their game. The program is designed to support Athlete-Specific Goals as well as to facilitate Pathways to Post-Secondary Careers.
